How long will it take
for my silk to arrive?

If the silk you order is in stock, it is our policy to ship it to you within two days after receiving payment. Silk sent by UPS, DHL or TNT courier services take about 72 hours to arrive..

During the Christmas season it can take longer.

If the Thai silk you want is out of stock or you order a custom two-tone or mudmee pattern, the amount of time it will take to receive your package depends on the length of the fabric. A weaver can weave between 1 - 14 yards per day, once she has set up the loom and clearly understands the colors or pattern. Treatment takes an additional day and it'll also take a few days to dry and pack your silk.

If you need your silk urgently, please let us know and we'll do our best to give it top priority.
