World of Thai Silk guarantees that all its fabric is 100% pure Thai silk. We guarantee our silk is hand woven by Thai villagers unless clearly stated otherwise. Any of our finished products made with a silk and polyester blend are clearly indicated at all times.

World of Thai Silk guarantees that we have done our utmost to provide accurate, color-corrected, digital images carefully and diligently compared with the actual pure Thai silk fabric under both fluorescent light, incandescent light, and a combination of the two.

World of Thai Silk also provides three different size views of every fabric sample (actual size, full screen, and enlarged 1,000% as the page background) to help you clearly indicate the color, hue, tone, and texture of the cloth you want to order. That's the best we can do to help you get the silk fabric you desire.

World of Thai Silk guarantees its pure Thai silk fabric is good quality and close in length to the number of Thai “yards” (90 cm / 35.4 inches) you order.

We accept the return of our silk fabric for replacement ONLY if:

• it’s not pure Thai silk;
• it’s not good quality; or
• it’s significantly shorter than the length ordered.

Since all our silk is inspected before shipment it is not possible that non-silk fabric, low quality silk fabric, or silk fabric that is too short could be shipped. So in effect, we do not accept the return of silk fabric and all sales are final.

Replacement of silk fabric for any other reason is unlikely but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

World of Thai Silk does not guarantee color matches whatsoever. Color, hue, shade or tone are not a sufficient reason to return fabric.

You can help us more closely match our silk fabric with the color you want by providing a color sample. However, in all cases color matching work is accepted by us only on the condition that we’ll make our very “best effort” to closely match the fabric and/or color sample you provide. This also applies to matching the computer generated colors on our color chart or the table of dyed silk samples to actual silk fabric in stock or woven to order.

Unless otherwise agreed, the cost of authorized returns of silk as well as the cost of shipping replacement silk fabric to you and any import duty imposed by Royal Thai Customs in Thailand will be your responsibility.
